The Department of Information and Technology Services (ITS) Department was created in 2019 to manage and secure all of the Village's technical infrastructure. In addition, ITS collaborates with every department to implement new technology services, provide supporting data and information while maintaining the Village's existing, information technology profile. Our services cover a wide variety of systems, infrastructure and equipment including: department and enterprise software systems, Parking systems, data, websites, radio and communications services, desktop hardware, and computer networks used by Village departments- including Police and Fire to serve constituents.
